Tell us a little about your corporation/organization.
The Veridus Group specializes in representing our clients through negotiation, management, and execution of intricate and complex vertical projects. We become a valuable member of your team by putting our technical knowledge and decades of experience at your disposal. Our organization believes strongly in two key success factors: People and Process. At the Veridus Group, we approach the management of each project thoughtfully and intentionally, striving to deliver projects that exceed the needs and expectations of the owner. Our approach to People and Process is what sets us apart from our competition. Every project we are involved in is unique and requires us to adjust and adapt to understand the owner’s needs and way of doing business. Therefore, we seek to understand the project, the owner, the stakeholders, and the motives behind all of the specifications within the project. We can successfully navigate any project if we lead with People and Process in mind.
How does your corporation/organization impact parks and recreation?
Our Owner’s Technical Representative team monitors the execution of design and construction and suggests the best delivery methods available to clients. As an Owner’s Technical Representative, we add expertise and capacity to a municipality’s staff to deliver projects from concept to occupancy. The Veridus Group impacts parks and recreation by equipping government entities with the necessary tools in order to effectively fund, design, and build parks and recreation facilities. Through this, our team manages the projects as owner's representatives by executing the redevelopment or development of such facilities. In addition, our Community and Economic Development team brings over three decades of experience working throughout Indiana. We work on a broad array of projects, serving as a trusted voice for governments and helping to add capacity and expertise where needed. We equip cities, towns, and organizations with the relevant data to empower the decision-making process in their communities. Having worked in multiple capacities for communities around the state, we can help municipalities leverage their unique amenities, manage growth, and align with national trends and best practices while helping governments determine whether to redevelop existing parks & recreation facilities or add new ones.
Why do you choose to be a member of the Indiana Park and Recreation Association? How long have you been a member?

The Indiana Park and Recreation Association has provided the resources to build relationships and understand the communities we are working in. We believe that forming relationships with the people we interact with in projects will help us better lead the team in delivering a quality project for the community. In addition, we feel confident that we can provide value to the Indiana Parks and Recreation Association community in the redevelopment, development, and delivery of park and recreation projects.
