* Certificate of Insurance REQUIRED
I acknowledge that my company is required to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Indiana Park & Recreation Association and Hendricks County 4-H & Agricultural Fair Association, Inc. as additionally insured by no later than April 21, 2023.
* Refunds/Cancellation Policy
Cancelation/postponement policy:
Registration refunds less a $25.00 cancelation fee will be given for cancelations received in writing to courtnie@inpra.org 30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be given and all proceeds will go to the Indiana Park & Recreation Association General Fund.

If the event is postponed due to public health concerns or inclement weather, registration fees will be retained and applied to the make-up/rain date in the future.
