2019 IPRA Maintenance Exhibitor Payment Form

Grass spaces are 10x10. A limited number are available and will be assigned on a first come-first served basis.

Demo area request
Demo area time will be assigned in 20 minute increments. Vendors will be notified of their assigned time/s by September 27th.
Attendee tickets are available to distribute to your clients for $5. each.
* Certificate of Insurance
I acknowledge that my company is required to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Indiana Park & Recreation Association and the Town of Whitestown as additionally insured by no later than September 20, 2019.
* Refunds/Cancellation
Registration refunds less a $25.00 cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received in writing to lnye@inpra.org 30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be given and all proceeds will go to the Indiana Park & Recreation Association General Fund.
