Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Refund requests received ON or BEFORE 5:00 PM ET Tuesday, October 5, 2021: All Cancellation and Refund requests submitted by Tuesday, October 5, 2021, no later than 5 p.m. ET will receive a refund for conference registration fees, less a $50. processing fee. No-shows, or those unable to present valid proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID test result within 72 hours of the beginning of the event will receive no refund or credit. Rather than cancel, the following alternative option is available for consideration: An attendee may transfer the registration to a coworker or colleague.
Cancellation/Refund requests received AFTER Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 5:00 PM ET: NO refunds will be granted for any requests made after the cut-off date.
In the event that the conference is postponed due to public health concerns, registration fees will be retained and applied to the make-up date in the future. No refunds for the rescheduled event will be given prior to the reschedule date being posted.
